Project 4: Conduct a Feasibility Study Implementing REBIL

What is this project about?

Project 4 involves conducting a randomized controlled trial to test the program we developed in Project 3. The goal is to work with members of our community-based research network (see Project 1) to look at the efficacy, feasibility and cost of delivering the program in the community.

Project goals

  1. Test REBIL in participants aged 45-65 who have self-reported difficulty with at least two daily activities and look at the cost-effectiveness of delivering the program.
  2. See how useful REBIL is for improving community participation, daily activity performance and confidence, as well as preventing falls.

Status.

We are finished recruiting for Project 4 and are now testing the intervention with our study participants.
